I am a small kennel based in Lincolnshire; I have owned and trained dogs for 30 years or more. My first dog was a black and white spaniel named Pat, she had the most beautiful of natures and wanted to do nothing but please you. I then added a Labrador to the family. Her name was Swift and she was the cleverest dog you will ever see. When she was being taught new lessons you could teach her a new trick one day and she would show you how to do it the next. I then took on my son’s spaniel when he moved out to start a new home, she was also a lovely little dog who was eager to please. It’s sad that she died young.
My first two golden retrievers were called Sandy and Alexis. Sandy was light gold in colour and Alexis was pale cream both with very kind natures. They liked nothing more than to cuddle up to you. My latest two girls Rose, Beth and not forgetting Meg (my border collie) are all wonderful dogs. I have now added Lucy and Ellie to the family and also a girl puppy from Rose named Sally. All three are pale cream. I will also be adding a pale cream boy to the family at a later date. See stud page for updates.
I have trained dogs for myself and other people in the past and the soft natures that golden retrievers possess are the type of dogs that give a great deal of pleasure to people as family pets. |
